The questions we get most often, and how to reach a person.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Talking to a person

The fastest route is the support form inside your panel, in your account menu. It arrives with your business details attached (your plan, whether your profile is published, your billing status), so nobody has to ask you any of that and it gets resolved in fewer rounds.

If you cannot sign in, write to legal@bzlink.io from the email address you registered with, and tell us your profile address.

The questions we get most often

I changed something and my public link did not change

Saving and publishing are two different things, and this is the number one question. Saving keeps your changes in the draft, so you can work in peace without the world seeing a half-finished page. Publishing is what sends them to your public link.

If you changed something and do not see it on your link, it is almost always saved and waiting for you to hit Publish. The editor tells you so in the bar at the top.

Which file do I use to print my QR code?

Always print it on a light background and never stretch it on one axis only. If you put your logo in the middle, the code still scans: it is calculated for that.

Can I change my profile address?

You can, but think twice if you already printed the QR code. The address is what your code leads to; changing it means everything you already printed stops finding your page. If you have to do it, write to us first and we will look at it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you already paid for. Your profile stays online and the QR code you already printed keeps leading to it: what changes is that fewer sections show and that your page carries the BZLink.io badge. We delete nothing, so if you go back to a paid plan everything comes back exactly as you left it and at the same address.

A declined payment is different: there you get a few days' grace and, if it is not recovered, your profile does go offline until the payment is settled.

I signed in with Google or Apple and it is asking me for a password

If you never set a password, you do not have one. Keep signing in with the same button you used the first time. If you also want a password, you can create one from My account in your panel, and from then on both ways work.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Your content, your images and your analytics are yours. Write to us and we will hand them over.

The Google rating on my profile is out of date

You type that number in by hand, so it does not update itself. When your stars go up, change it from the editor. The link next to it goes to your real Google listing, so your customer can always check it in one tap.

More questions

The home page answers what people ask before signing up: what it is for, how it differs from a regular QR code, which kinds of business use it, and how the analytics work.

And if you are looking for the rules of the service or what we do with your data, they are in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
