Terms of Service

The rules for using BZLink.io, what each plan includes, and how payments between a business and its customers work.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Who operates BZLink.io

BZLink.io is a service operated by Pedro Belly, a sole proprietor doing business as BZLink.io, with an address at 94 Fairway Avenue, Belleville, NJ 07109, United States. In this document, "we" means BZLink.io and "you" means the person or business using the service.

By creating an account, or by using BZLink.io in any way, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2. What BZLink.io is

BZLink.io is a tool for building and publishing a business profile at a single web address, with a QR code that leads to that page. We provide the software and the hosting; you provide the content.

We are not an advertising agency, we do not write your content, we do not guarantee that your profile will bring you customers, and we do not verify that what you publish is true. That includes your services, your prices, your certifications and your Google rating.

3. Your account

4. Plans, prices and billing

Prices and what each plan includes are on the plans page. Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us: we never store or see your full card number.

Renewal

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: your profile stays published and your QR code keeps working until that day. We do not cut off the service the moment you cancel, because that time is already paid.

Refunds

We do not issue automatic refunds for unused time. If you ran into a specific problem, write to us and we will look at it case by case.

If you cancel, or if a payment fails

If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan. When the period you already paid for ends we stop charging you and your account stays on the Free plan. Your profile stays online and the QR code you printed on your truck, on your cards or on your signs keeps leading to it. What changes is that fewer sections show and that your page carries the BZLink.io badge.

We delete nothing. Content the Free plan does not show stays saved: go back to a paid plan and it comes back exactly as you left it and at the same address.

A declined payment is different from cancelling. You get a few days' grace and, if the payment is not recovered, your profile does go offline, QR code included. That is deliberate: a decline is almost always an expired card rather than someone leaving, so during that grace period your profile stays online for you to update it, even though access to the editor is already closed.

We email you when a payment fails. Keep your card current and your email address up to date: that notice is the only warning you get.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, we email you before it affects you, and the new price applies at your next renewal. A price change is never charged retroactively.

5. Your content

What you upload is yours. Your name, your text, your photos and your logo remain yours. All you give us is the permission we need to host them, show them on your public profile, generate the smaller versions that make your page load fast, and build the preview image that appears when someone shares your link. That permission ends when you delete the content or close the account.

You must have the right to use what you upload. That includes photos: if they are of work you did, fine; if you took them off the internet or they belong to another company, they are not yours to use. We do not review photos one by one, but if we receive a copyright claim we may remove the content.

6. What you may not publish or do

If we find any of this we may remove the content or suspend the account, depending on how serious it is. When we can, we warn you first.

7. Taking payments from your customers on your profile

This section applies only if you turn on the option to receive payments on your profile. If you do not turn it on, none of it affects you.

You are the merchant, not BZLink.io. When a customer pays from your profile, that money goes directly to your Stripe account. We do not receive it, hold it or transfer it. We are not a party to the agreement between you and your customer.

What you have to do

Our fee

We may charge a fee on each payment you receive through this feature. If there is one, you see it in your panel before turning the feature on, and it is itemised on every payment. If we change that fee, we email you first.

What we do not do

We are not a bank, a payment processor, a money transmitter, a custodian of funds or an escrow service. We do not mediate between you and your customer if there is a disagreement, and we have no way to return money that never passed through our hands.

We may turn this feature off, for one account or for all of them, if we detect fraud, if Stripe asks us to, or if the way it is being used puts the platform at risk.

8. If you are the one paying a business

If you reached a payment page from a business profile, there are three things you should know:

Stripe emails you the receipt. Keep it.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. There may be outages for maintenance, because of failures at the providers we rely on, or for reasons outside our control.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you were using that was part of your plan, we email you.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, for customers who did not arrive, for loss of data that is not the result of our negligence, or for indirect damages.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you, for any reason, does not exceed what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

None of this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close it if you breach these terms, if payment goes unpaid, or if the use of the account puts other people or the platform at risk.

Closing an account deletes its profiles and the images you uploaded. That is permanent and there is no backup we can hand back to you, so if you want to keep your photos, download them first. We keep records of payments that actually happened, because they are part of our accounting.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update this document. The date of the last revision is at the top. If a change is significant and affects you, we email you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Essex County, New Jersey.

14. Contact

For anything related to these terms, write to legal@bzlink.io. You can also write to us from the support form inside your panel, which is the fastest route because it arrives with your account details attached.
